The role
Philex Sea & Air Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of parcels and packages to our valued customers across Manila City Metro Manila.This full-time position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to be part of a growing, reputable logistics company.
What you'll be doing- Safely operating a delivery van to transport packages to their designated locations within the Manila City Metro Manila area
- Adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of yourself and others
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and package details
- Communicating effectively with customers and providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of parcels at the start and end of each shift
- Reporting any issues or concerns to the logistics team in a timely manner
- A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
- At least 1 year of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently
