We are looking for a dedicated and organized Civil Engineer to join our team as an Office Engineer. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys the technical and administrative side of construction management and is eager to grow within a dynamic firm.
Key Responsibilities- Documentation: Handle project submittals, Transmittals, and RFIs (Request for Information).
- Monitoring: Assist in tracking project progress, materials inventory, and daily reports.
- Drafting: Perform basic revisions or adjustments to plans and shop drawings.
- Quantity Surveying: Assist in quantity take-offs and preparation of progress billings for clients and subcontractors.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
- Technical Skills: * AutoCAD: Must be familiar with the basics (navigating layouts, basic drawing commands, and plotting).
- MS Office: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data tracking and report generation.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn company-specific systems.
