The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can generate, convert, and close projects—this is a revenue-driven role where what you bring in directly impacts company performance.
What You’ll Be Accountable For- Achieve sales targets and generate new clients
- Drive strong client presentations and conversions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with estimators, project managers, and production teams
- Manage projects from inquiry to completion
- Ensure timely updates, accurate tracking, and fast response time
- Handle client issues, risks, and post-project relationship growth
- Support vendor accreditations and social media inquiry conversion
- 2–4 years experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in events, activations, fit-outs, construction, or related industries (preferred)
- Strong understanding of client handling, project flow, and execution
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proven ability to close deals and build your own pipeline
- Experience working with brands, agencies, mall tenants, or corporate clients
- Strong sales mindset focused on winning, not just managing
- Work on high-visibility projects with major brands
