The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can generate, convert, and close projects—this is a revenue-driven role where what you bring in directly impacts company performance.

What You’ll Be Accountable For
  • Achieve sales targets and generate new clients
  • Drive strong client presentations and conversions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Coordinate with estimators, project managers, and production teams
  • Manage projects from inquiry to completion
  • Ensure timely updates, accurate tracking, and fast response time
  • Handle client issues, risks, and post-project relationship growth
  • Support vendor accreditations and social media inquiry conversion
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience in events, activations, fit-outs, construction, or related industries (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of client handling, project flow, and execution
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
