Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations concerns, providing guidance and resolution in line with company policies and labor regulations
- Support the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and employee inquiries
- Assist in maintaining and updating compensation structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive and productive workplace culture
- Conduct employee counseling, disciplinary actions, and documentation in coordination with management and HR leadership
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices in all employee-related matters
- Maintain accurate employee records, including compensation, benefits, and employee relations documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address workforce concerns and improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Provide regular reports and insights on employee relations trends, compensation concerns, and benefits utilization
- Support HR projects and initiatives, including policy development, process improvements, and audits
- Assist in other HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, as needed.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on employee relations, HR operations, and/or compensation and benefits
- Proven experience managing employee relations cases, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in IT, AI, BPO, or other technology-driven industries is highly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in day-to-day HR practices
- Hands-on experience handling government-mandated documentation, statutory benefits, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination, benefits management, and employee inquiries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS/HR systems for data management and reporting
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to improve HR processes and programs
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proactive and solution-driven mindset, with the ability to navigate complex employee relations issues and HR challenges
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing work environment
- Amenable to onsite work in Imus & Bacoor, Cavite.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including overtime or weekends, as required.
