Responsibilities:
- Oversee and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle various general HR tasks, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven leadership experience in an HR capacity.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid Set-up: 3x onsite BGC, Taguig + 2x wfh
