• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of basic labor laws
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
• A degree in Human Resources is preferred; a bachelor’s degree is required; HR certification is a plus.
• Preference for candidates with strong employment stability (no frequent job changes)

• Identify and attract talent through various sourcing methods
• Perform onsite work; may conduct recruitment activities outside the office
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
• Onboard new employees and integrate them into the company culture
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of training programs
• Establish performance goals and expectations for employees
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Identify and develop high-potential employees
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws
