- Assist in monitoring daily production operations and manpower.
- Ensure production activities comply with quality, safety, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate the availability of raw materials and production supplies.
- Monitor production output and report any issues or delays.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Assist in implementing housekeeping and safety practices in the production area.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and other departments to support production requirements.
- Assist in coaching and guiding production personnel on work instructions and company policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Production Manager.
