Job Title: OPERATIONS & PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations & Production Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and production processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating tasks, solving problems, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operations and production activities.
• Coordinate production schedules and monitor progress.
• Prepare and maintain production and inventory records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and team members.
• Perform quality checks and ensure production standards are met.
• Help manage inventory and order supplies when needed.
• Assist with packing, dispatch, and logistics.
• Provide administrative support, including filing reports and data entry.
• Handle other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• College graduate or equivalent experience (business, operations, industrial engineering, or related fields is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Experience in operations, production, or administrative work is an advantage but not always required.
