Job Summary
The Compensation and Benefits Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the company’s compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role manages salary administration, benefits operations, payroll coordination, and rewards initiatives while supporting employee engagement and retention through effective total rewards strategies.The position also ensures compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Management- Administer and monitor the company’s compensation and salary structure.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Support job evaluation, salary grading, and organizational structure reviews.
- Prepare compensation reports, analytics, and recommendations for management.
- Oversee administration of employee benefits including government-mandated benefits, HMO, insurance, and other company programs.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee benefits and claims.
- Support the implementation of total rewards and recognition programs that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Assist in developing performance-based reward initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Participate in employee wellness and engagement initiatives related to rewards programs.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend process enhancements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Prepare HR metrics and reports related to compensation and benefits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Accountancy, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3 years in compensation and benefits or total rewards supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll practices, taxation, and government-mandated benefits.
- Experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation analytics.
- Proficiency in HRIS, and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Power, or real estate operations.
- Exposure to HR analytics and rewards program design.
- Certified Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards training is an advantage.
