Key Responsibilities
- Manpower Sourcing & Screening
- Source qualified Project Engineer candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and database.
- Screen CVs based on technical qualifications and project requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews (technical and behavioral assessment).
- Coordinate technical interviews with clients or hiring managers.
- Maintain updated recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and ATS systems effectively for candidate sourcing and management.
- Client Coordination
- Communicate manpower requirements with clients.
- Arrange interview schedules (online or face-to-face).
- Provide shortlists within agreed timelines.
- Assist in final selection and job offer preparation.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Collect and verify candidate documents
- Ensure compliance with government requirements (e.g., for overseas deployment).
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 1 -2 years recruitment experience
- Knowledge of overseas deployment process is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
