Job Responsibilities
- Conduct property sourcing, market research, and site evaluation for potential leasing and acquisition opportunities.
- Coordinate with brokers, landlords, developers, and government agencies regarding property requirements and documentation.
- Assist in lease negotiations, contract renewals, and preparation of real estate reports and recommendations for management.
- Perform site inspections and monitor property-related documents, permits, and compliance requirements.
- Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations directly to the Real Estate Manager and CEO regarding market trends and expansion opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, leasing, property management, or site acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, contract management, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and willing to travel for site inspections and client meetings.
