About the Role:
- Conduct market research and analyze property trends
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and client use
- Gather and organize data related to real estate pricing, demand, and supply
- Support senior analysts in feasibility studies and investment analysis
- Stay updated on industry developments and relevant local regulations
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field (open to fresh graduates)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team
