Real Estate Operations Manager

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end property operations, ensuring all buildings, facilities, and critical systems are fully functional, well-maintained, and aligned with operational standards, including regular inspections and performance monitoring
  • Lead tenant relations and service delivery, managing inquiries, concerns, and escalations while implementing initiatives that improve tenant satisfaction, retention, and overall customer experience
  • Manage facilities, maintenance, and vendor performance, including supervision of in-house teams and third-party contractors, implementation of preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring service quality and compliance with SLAs
  • Drive financial performance and cost efficiency, through budget preparation, expense monitoring, cost control initiatives, and coordination of billing, collections, and financial reporting to ensure profitability of managed properties
  • Ensure compliance, safety, and continuous improvement, by enforcing adherence to regulatory requirements, conducting audits and risk assessments, and implementing process improvements and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with a solid understanding of property operations, facilities management, and real estate principles
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in real estate or property operations, with proven exposure to managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments and handling multi-site portfolios
  • Strong operational and financial management skills, including experience in budgeting, financial analysis, vendor management, and cost optimization within a property management setting
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management abilities, with strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with tenants, contractors, internal teams, and senior management
  • In-depth knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and property management systems, with the ability to ensure compliance, manage risks, and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency
