Accounting Staff

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Staff to join the team at EVBAHARE,INC.' in Labangon Cebu City Cebu. This full-time role is responsible for providing comprehensive accounting support to ensure the smooth and efficient financial operations of the organisation.

• Recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
• Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accounts payable and receivable
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Providing support for the month-end and year-end closing process
• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and procedures
• Performing other administrative and clerical duties as required

• Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the Accounting Officers/Clerks industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
