Accounting Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting and financial records.
• Process and monitor payroll.
• Handle issuance of sales invoices and billing to customers.
• Monitor billings and manage accounts payable.
• Serve as custodian of the revolving fund, ensuring proper documentation and liquidation.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Maintain systematic filing of accounting documents and records.
• Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
