Field Sales Specialist - On Premise Account (HORECA)

Key Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain strong relationships with on-premise clients such as bars, restaurants, and hotels
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability within assigned accounts
-Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations
- Achieve sales targets and drive volume growth within assigned territory
- Conduct regular account visits and provide excellent customer service
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work on flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel within assigned areas
- Holds a preferably Professional Driver's License restriction code of 1,2 or can drive vehicles such as an L300
