Field Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth, building a sales team which includes recruiting, training, managing the deployment and performance of sales agents under his/her team to meet the sales targets and performance expectations within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field selling of loan products to prospective clients
• Recruit, train, and manage sales agents to expand the company’s reach and performance
• Perform field saturation activities to identify new customers and market opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure continued satisfaction
• Monitor and guide sales agents to meet individual and team targets
• Support the company in achieving monthly and overall sales goals
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably handling loan or financing products
• Leadership or supervisory experience in managing agents or sales teams is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be willing to work in the field and engage with clients directly
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
