About the Role
We are seeking a Project In Charge (PIC) to lead day-to-day operations at our Mix Escario Project Site in Cebu City. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of solid experience in managing vertical construction projects with deep involvement in structural, architectural, and MEPFS works.
This role requires a strong leader who can supervise site execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Core Functions:
- Site Supervision & Execution – Manage daily operations of the Mix Escario site, ensuring strict adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Resource & Team Management – Lead engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and workers, while ensuring effective use of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Quality, Safety & Compliance – Ensure all works comply with safety standards, building codes, and client specifications across structural, architectural, and MEPFS scopes.
Core Competencies:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (Licensed preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Project In Charge, Site Engineer, or similar role in construction projects.
- Proven track record in handling structural, architectural, and MEPFS aspects of vertical projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with stakeholders and project teams.
