We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Telecom Account team. The role involves assisting customers with billing concerns, mobile or internet service inquiries, account updates, and basic troubleshooting while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries regarding telecom services and billing
- Assist customers with account concerns and payment issues
- Promote additional products and services when applicable
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- At least High School Graduate
- No BPO experience required
- Excellent English communication skills
- Billing and sales background is an advantage
- Must have B2 English proficiency
- Willing to work onsite
