Job Description
We are looking for a Site Engineer who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality network and infrastructure projects.
In this role, you will support site operations, from surveys and planning to installation and commissioning, ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct site surveys (onsite, remote, and virtual) to collect data for planning and preparation
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil works, network design, installation, and commissioning
- Support delivery of projects following a first-time right approach
- Coordinate with internal teams and Approved Service Providers (ASPs)
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and close-out of activities
- Provide support in commissioning and integration activities
Compliance & Standards
Ensure adherence to:
- Company policies and group directives
- Legal and financial requirements
- Processes and tools
- Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (EHS) standards
- Data security and privacy protocols
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Electronics, or related field)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience of 1 to 2 years
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Willing to work onsite, remotely, and virtually as required
- Knowledge of telecommunications or network installation
- Familiarity with site survey and reporting tools
- Understanding of safety and compliance standards
