Customer Care Representatives (Open to No Experience)

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Care Representatives. This full-time role will be based in Iloilo City, Iloilo. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to help build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email or chat channels
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and policies
