Marketing Content Designer

This full-time position requires a consistent focus on visual hierarchy, typography, and audience engagement across every piece of content you deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually engaging and on-brand infographics and carousel posts for LinkedIn using Canva
• Participate in LinkedIn community engagement activities such as post commenting, with full training provided
• Ensure all designs are polished, high-quality, and consistent with established brand guidelines
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand visual requirements and contribute meaningfully to the broader social media strategy

Mandatory Skills:

• Mid-level or senior-level graphic design experience
• Strong proficiency in Canva, with Photoshop and Figma skills considered a valuable plus
• A portfolio or collection of design samples showcasing infographics, carousels, or comparable social media content
• A sharp visual eye with strong instincts for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, or Illustrator
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn content best practices and what drives visual performance on the platform
• Understanding of social media marketing and the role strong visuals play in driving engagement
• Experience designing assets for other platforms such as Instagram or Facebook
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and perform well under deadline pressure
