About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Content Writer with strong SEO expertise to lead content strategy and execution across digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn complex SaaS features into compelling, search-optimized content that drives traffic, engagement, and qualified leads.
You will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to create high-impact content that positions Core Practice as the trusted authority in dental practice software.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & SEO- Develop and execute SEO-driven content strategy aligned with business growth goals
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
- Identify content gaps and opportunities to increase organic visibility
- Optimize existing website content to improve rankings and performance
- Write high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused content including:
- Website pages (product, landing pages, feature pages)
- Blog articles
- Case studies
- Email campaigns
- eBooks / guides
- Social media content
- Translate technical product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging
- Create content tailored to different personas (dentist owners, practice managers, receptionists)
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Track KPIs including organic traffic, rankings, CTR, lead conversions
- Continuously optimize content for improved performance
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all content channels
- Position Core Practice as a thought leader in dental technology
- Support product launches with SEO-optimized content and messaging
Requirements
Experience- 3-5+ years of experience in digital content writing with strong SEO focus
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and search rankings
- Experience in B2B SaaS (healthcare, dental, or tech industry preferred)
- Experience writing conversion-focused landing pages
- Strong understanding of SEO principles (on-page, technical basics, keyword clustering, search intent)
- Ability to write clear, persuasive, and structured long-form content
- Familiar with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco, WordPress)
- Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and improve performance
- Excellent research and storytelling skills
