• Handling, updating and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns/queries Coordinate with the credit and loan processing teams to facilitate the approval of loans.
• Actual Recruitment and Onboarding and maintaining strong relationship with Loans Consultants.
• Document collection from client.
• Pre-screening of loan application.
• Generate sales for OFW and Seaman's Loan.
• Boost sales engagement of assigned Loans Consultant per branch on delivering new/ renewal accounts. Reaching out to LCs for endorsement.
• Escalate concerns, complaints, and other issues to the immediate supervisor for prompt resolution and implement approved solutions on a case-by-case basis.
• Assist the Branch manager in meeting and exceeding target.
• Strong knowledge of lending products, loan application and recommend action plan to better serve the Loan Consultant and Walk-In clients.
• Ensure integrity and compliance to all company policies.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the Immediate Superior or Department Head.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year course or at least college level.
• Willing to do Field work
• Willing to be trained
• Process Oriented and Technology-Inclined, organized and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate effectively both oral and written.
• Can quickly adapt and willing to learn and be molded.
