Running Consultant

The Running Consultant delivers efficient and high-quality customer service at all times by providing expert running consultations and assisting customers in selecting the most suitable merchandise.

• Assists customers in choosing merchandise, offering guidance on style, color, and size.
• Conducts Video Gait Analysis and Footprint Scanning to support customers in finding the right footwear.
• Replenishes merchandise on display and ensures stock availability in the selling area.

• Strictly follows store guidelines and policies related to customer service initiatives.
• Protects merchandise within the assigned area from shoplifting, breakage, or damage.
• Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the work area to support smooth store operations.
• Actively supports management decisions, requirements, and expectations.
• Performs other related tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree of Nursing, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy or Nutrition and Dietetics or Education major in Physical Education or Sports Wellness/Science
• Strong knowledge of running shoes, including fit, support types, and performance features
• Ability to assess customer needs, including foot type, gait, and running goals
• Good understanding of basic running mechanics and injury prevention
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage
• Passion for running, fitness, or an active lifestyle
• Computer literate
• With strong leadership
• Inclined in Sports is an advantage
• Willing to work mall hours schedule, including weekends and holidays.
