About the role
Scholastic Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Consultant to join our team in Cebu City. As a Program Consultant for Prime English, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our innovative educational programs, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.This is a full-time position based in Cebu. The Program English Consultant ensures the proper implementation of Scholastic literacy programs by coordinating with partner schools and helping them in program execution. The Program Consultant reports directly to the District Manager in planning for and executing strategies to ensure client retention and renewal.
He/she also works closely with the Program Implementation Managers for assistance on implementation, training, and technical know-how and application.
What you'll be doing- Provide consultative sales support to schools and educational institutions, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable Prime English programs
- Collaborate with schools to develop and implement customised Prime English programme solutions
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Prime English
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities to drive awareness and adoption of Prime English
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of Prime English through feedback and insights gained from client interactions
- Minimum of 3-year classroom experience in teaching Communication Arts, Reading, or English in Grade School and High School
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Reading or other related fields
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Should have a solid educational background, and a clear understanding of Reading and of the Philippine educational system
- Proficiency in English and the local language (Cebuano)
- Willingness to travel within the Cebu region as needed
