About the role
CPO ELECTRONICS PHILIPPINES INC' is seeking an experienced Document Controller (DCC) to join our team in Lipa City, Batangas. As a full-time Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's critical documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
What you'll be doing- Implement and maintain document control procedures to govern the creation, review, approval, distribution, storage and retrieval of all company documents
- Ensure all documents are properly identified, indexed, filed and archived according to established protocols
- Process incoming and outgoing documents, including logging, scanning, distributing and tracking
- Provide support to project teams by facilitating the flow of documentation and information
- Monitor document status and compliance, and report on KPIs to management
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their document control needs and provide effective solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve document control processes and implement changes
- Maintain the electronic document management system and ensure data integrity
- 1 - 2 years' experience in a document control or records management role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong understanding of document control principles, processes and best practices
- Proficient in the use of document management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001) would be an advantage
