Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant administrative or office support experience
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, specifically Google Workspace
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a plus
  • Background or general knowledge in accounting or collections is a plus
Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through processes and assist with placing orders
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and manage engagements
  • Sort scanned files, organize them into folders, and distribute them to appropriate teams or case managers
  • Maintain clear and professional communication to support efficient document handling and workflow
  • Label, categorize, and upload scanned documents to designated folders
  • Notify appropriate teams once documents are processed
  • Make collection calls when necessary to support administrative operations
  • Assist new clients in navigating the website and understanding its features
  • Perform general office support tasks as required
