Who are we looking for:

As a Warehouse Manager / Distribution Center Manager, you are expected to oversee and manage the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring the timely receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
  • Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
  • Successfully communicate forecasts and inventory estimations to management. Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
  • Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
  • Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
What does it take to be part of the team?
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or in a related field.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
  • In-depth understanding of picking, warehousing/logistics.
  • Knowledge of current principles and practices of warehouse operations.
  • Experience in the Retail industry is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to be deployed and fulfill duties at our Alfamart Distribution Center located in KM 21, FEDCOR Compound, MC Arthur Hi-way, Marilao, Bulacan
