About the role

This is a full-time position based in our Quezon City facility.

• Plans, organizes and controls overall Warehouse Department’s operations.
• Manages stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods, shipment loading & transferring and document recording and data entry.
• Prepares monthly projection of all stocks such as saleable and consumable items, kitchen utensils, and ingredients.
• Set improvements and development measure of Warehouse layout & space management, work organizational charts and procedures such as Standard Operations.
• Uses relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations or standards.
• Keeps up-to-date technical new knowledge by conducting research to improve all warehouse operations according to company's objectives
• Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
• Review and submits monthly accomplishments reports (including issues, action items, preventive maintenance status etc.)
• Manages and ensure appropriate document control, organize, safeguard documents and availability of documents when needed.
• Updates Plantilla for the Department as needed
• Ensure liquidation report submits on time
• Promotes constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration.
• Manages staff performance, recommend necessary training, coaching, mentoring and advice to the staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated, trained and that they understand and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
• Evaluates the performance of the staffs, coaches the staff whenever necessary.
• Review and approve department related forms such as leave, OB, liquidation and others
• Do other tasks assigned by the management from time to time

What we're looking for

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.

• With at least three - five (3 - 5) years working experience in related field

• Knowledgeable in end-to-end warehouse management database and guaranteed all incoming

and outgoing inventory is processed according to its schedules.
