Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is responsible for promoting the company's products and services, generating sales opportunities, preparing quotations, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The position supports the achievement of sales targets through effective client engagement and coordination with internal departments.

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding the company's products and services.
• Generate new leads and business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Conduct client visits and presentations when necessary.
• Follow up on quotations, projects, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding project status, deliveries, and collections.
• Submit required sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
• Participate in marketing activities, trade shows, and company events as required.
• Do field work when needed
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
