About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Mall Sales Associate to join the team at Beauty For U Int OPC. This is a full-time position based in Green Hills Mall, San Juan City, Metro Manila. As a Mall Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our retail environment.This role is crucial to our success, as you will directly influence customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and revenue generation through engaging product demonstrations, personalised recommendations, and building meaningful customer relationships.
Key responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable product information about beauty and cosmetic offerings
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate products tailored to their individual needs and preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits and features of beauty products effectively
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain an attractive and well-organised retail display, ensuring products are properly stocked and merchandised
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and brand advocacy
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally whilst maintaining composure and finding suitable resolutions
- Stay informed about current promotions, new product launches, and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive working environment
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field within the beauty or cosmetics industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
- Excellent product knowledge or willingness to quickly learn about beauty and cosmetic products
- Sales-driven mentality with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- High level of personal grooming and presentation aligned with beauty industry standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required for mall operations
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
- Patient, empathetic approach to customer service with problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform retail duties
- Preference for candidates with previous experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics sales
