Elevatione Time Stops Ph Inc is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Mall Sales Associate to join our retail team in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of customer engagement and sales excellence.As a Mall Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service whilst driving sales performance in our retail environment. This role is crucial to our mission of creating memorable customer experiences and achieving our sales targets in a fast-paced shopping mall setting.
What you'll be doing- Greeting customers warmly and professionally whilst providing expert product knowledge and recommendations
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Maintaining an attractive and organised store display and merchandise presentation
- Identifying customer needs and matching them with appropriate products or services
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels throughout the shift
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participating in promotional activities and product launches as directed
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven retail or customer service experience, preferably in a mall or shopping centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer groups
- Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
- Professional appearance and demeanour aligned with retail standards
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
