Positive Exposure is a multidiscipline consulting company focused on Philippine Tourism. Major projects range from tourism development planning, branding, product development, partnerships and digitalization. Our digitalization initiative transformed into a proprietary tourism digital platform-LovePH.
Love PH is the company’s banner product which is scheduled to be launched in Q12026. In collaboration with the Department of Tourism, we have designed a seamless and multifunctional online travel agency where visitors to and in the Philippines can plan, book and pay for their travel needs in one single app.
This core product of Positive Exposure aims to revolutionize and transform the tourism industry through its unique and customized features.
JOB DESCRIPTION- You will be part of our company's growth by acquiring new businesses to partner with us
- You will effectively and efficiently exhaust leads and close deals with target partners by cold calling, fieldwork, virtual presentations, etc.
- Effectively and creatively present LovePH's packages to potential partners.
- Work closely with other departments to make sure we have a successful vendor incubation.
- Be the local representative in the area: monitor competitor activities, gather feedback, and provide recommendations to ensure a healthy market share.
- Acquire and onboard partner merchants, tourism enterprises, and local service providers across regions.
- Present and pitch partnership opportunities to potential partners (via fieldwork, virtual presentations, and local activations).
- Manage merchant relationships — from onboarding to account support and engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to ensure successful partner incubation.
- Gather market insights and competitor data to help improve LovePH’s ecosystem offerings.
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related areas are preferred
- Open for fresh graduates with sales experience gained through internships, but candidates with 3-5 years sales and/or business development experience and strong understanding of Sales Pipeline Management will be prioritized
- Strong communication skills. Preferably comfortable to speak in both English, Filipino, and in the local dialect in the area.
- Open to do extensive fieldwork.
- Highly motivated to achieve targets, objectives, and key result areas.
- Self motivated team player with a proven ability work in a fast paced environment
