Senior maintenance supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Maintenance Supervisor for our Ice Plant operations. The role is responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring the efficiency of refrigeration equipment, and leading a team to execute maintenance plans. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, planning, and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular meetings and discussions with Maintenance Supervisors.
• Prepare and manage work orders based on the Preventive Maintenance Plan.
• Verify and validate machine/equipment conditions based on reports from Maintenance Personnel and feedback from process owners.
• Consolidate and process material and spare parts requests for replenishment.
• Regularly update the Preventive Maintenance Program to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of related work experience in Refrigeration or Ice Plant maintenance.
• Proficiency in communication, planning, leadership, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
