The Ticketing Staff is responsible for the efficient operation of parking ticketing and cashiering functions. The role involves issuing parking tickets, processing payments, maintaining accurate transaction records, and providing excellent customer service to motorists and visitors.

The Ticketing Staff ensures compliance with company procedures while contributing to the smooth daily operations of the parking facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issue and validate parking tickets accurately and efficiently.
  • Process cash, card, and other payment transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide assistance and information to customers regarding parking rates, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, collections, and daily transactions.
  • Prepare and submit daily cashiering and operational reports.
  • Monitor ticketing equipment and report any malfunctions or discrepancies.
  • Handle customer concerns and inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Ensure proper cash handling and accountability at all times.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth parking operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ticketing booth or workstation.
  • Perform other duties related to parking operations as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Computer literate and proficient in basic office applications.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Previous experience in cashiering, ticketing, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle transactions accurately.
