Job Summary:The Field Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling products or services directly to customers in assigned territories. The role involves conducting field visits, generating leads, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field sales activities within assigned areas or territories.
Identify and approach potential customers to promote products and services.
Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
Prepare sales reports and submit updates to supervisors.
Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
Participate in company sales campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities.
QualificationsHigh School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level; Bachelor's Degree is an advantage.
With sales experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-driven.
Willing to do fieldwork and travel within assigned areas.
Basic knowledge of mobile applications and reporting tools.
Preferred SkillsSales and marketing experience.
Customer relationship management.
Lead generation and prospecting.
Negotiation and closing skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications/Requirements- Batchelor's Degree or any related course
- With at least 1 year experience in sales
- Good communication skills
- Can start ASAP
