PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in the Philippines. You’ll support both local and overseas teams across estimation, procurement, admin, and project delivery, helping ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (licensed or non-licensed)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a project coordination or similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based project/document management platforms
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take on varied tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day communication and tasks between local and overseas project teams;
• Assist in preparing project documents for client submission;
• Upload and manage project data, drawings, and documentation in internal systems;
• Provide administrative and procurement support to the Director, including vendor coordination and quote sourcing;
• Assist in tracking project milestones and deliverables to ensure timelines are met;
• Maintain accurate records of project correspondence, logs, and schedules;
• Help manage workflow processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
