PROJECT SALES COORDINATOR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processes customers quotation and sales order.
- Coordinates with the Sales Specialist for list of ordered items, availability of stocks, approved sales order, follow-up of release ordered items from the warehouse, and follow through the delivery line-up.
- Response to customer complaints, and provide support after request.
- Assist customer inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male or Female
- Graduate of any business related course
- At least 1-2 years work related experience under same industry
- Keen with details and highly organized
- Basic effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) applications
