  1. Work alongside the President to shape and execute the company’s growth strategy. Assist with CEO to develop more foreign clients, including the United States, China and Southeast Asia;
  2. Oversee the end-to-end financial management of the foundation, including budgeting, accounting, donor reporting, and audit coordination;
  3. Develop and implement systems for recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and performance evaluation;
  4. Update and manage HR policies, employee records, compensation structures, and benefits;
  5. Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization through effective administrative processes and office management;
  6. Maintain and improve internal documentation, filing, and knowledge management systems;
  7. Support risk management and safeguarding practices to ensure the safety of staff, partners, and beneficiaries;
Qualifications/Requirements
  1. Master’s degree and above, with the United States studying experience;
  2. With working experience as top management’s level or above
  3. Fluent in both English and Mandarin;
  4. Minimum 7 years of working experience and with at least 2 years management experience;
  5. Proven experience in finance, HR, compliance, and organizational systems development;
  6. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build systems from the ground up, and manage change effectively;
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  8. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation abilities;
