Posted on 1 September 2025- Work alongside the President to shape and execute the company’s growth strategy. Assist with CEO to develop more foreign clients, including the United States, China and Southeast Asia;
- Oversee the end-to-end financial management of the foundation, including budgeting, accounting, donor reporting, and audit coordination;
- Develop and implement systems for recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and performance evaluation;
- Update and manage HR policies, employee records, compensation structures, and benefits;
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization through effective administrative processes and office management;
- Maintain and improve internal documentation, filing, and knowledge management systems;
- Support risk management and safeguarding practices to ensure the safety of staff, partners, and beneficiaries;
- Master’s degree and above, with the United States studying experience;
- With working experience as top management’s level or above
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin;
- Minimum 7 years of working experience and with at least 2 years management experience;
- Proven experience in finance, HR, compliance, and organizational systems development;
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build systems from the ground up, and manage change effectively;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation abilities;
