Job Title:

Executive Assistant to Expatriate / Foreign Executive
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Executive Support:
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements (including international travel).
  • Organize meetings, video calls (e.g. across time zones), and take meeting minutes.
  • Screen emails, calls, and correspondence.
  1. Cross-Cultural Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and local teams, ensuring clarity and cultural sensitivity.
  • Translate or interpret informal conversations or documents (if bilingual or multilingual).
  • Help the executive navigate local customs, business etiquette, and communication styles.
  1. Administrative Duties:
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
  • Handle confidential documents with discretion.
  • Track expenses, submit reimbursement claims, and manage invoices.
  1. Relocation & Settling-In Support (if working with newly relocated foreigners):
  • Assist with housing, utilities, schooling (for family), and other relocation services.
  • Coordinate with HR on visa renewals, residency permits, or travel compliance.
  • Provide logistical support for family members (if applicable).
  1. Project Coordination:
  • Support strategic projects the executive is managing.
  • Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certification in Executive Assistance (optional but a plus).
