About the role
Join the growing Customer Service team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' as a Customer Service Representative for their video streaming account. In this full-time, on-site role based in Cebu Central Visayas, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support to resolve their queries and ensure a seamless user experience.
What you'll be doing- Handle inbound calls from customers and provide excellent customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through the resolution process
- Recommend products and services to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes
- ALL EDUC WILL DO, with 6mos. experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex customer issues
- Proficient in using computer systems and technology to provide efficient support
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
