CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Qualifications:
- Senior High School graduates are welcome
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- With or without BPO experience (experience is an advantage)
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Computer literate
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns through calls
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner
- Follow communication guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Work collaboratively with teammates and other departments to resolve customer issues
