JD – Warehouse Coordinator
Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching of feed ingredients and finished products.
Maintain accurate inventory records
Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and dispatch.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance.

The primary mission of warehouse coordinator is to ensure that the products are kept in good condition and prevent any risks of damaged or loss items.
Associated KPI: Sum of adjustment (kgs)
ACCURACY OF INVENTORY- Daily inventory should be methodically performed.
- The physical count of the inventory must always match SAP.
- If variances between SAP and actual count are noticed: they must be communicated to Audit team.
- 0-point inventory: when a reference reach 0 inventory on floor, comparison with SAP inventory should be automatically done and reported to auditors
Associated KPI: accuracy rate %, number of daily counts posted in a month
Number of 0 points recorded in a month.
TRANSACTIONS- Perform and supervise all movements of materials in the warehouse, incoming, internal, outgoing.
- Manage the labor headcount, be sure that trucks are accommodated on time and minimize waiting time.
- All transactions should strictly respect the described procedures.
- All transactions must be documented, no trucks should leave the plant without proper SAP signed documentation.
- The warehouse should always be kept clean, floor swept, 0 spillage, 0 damaged bags.
- The warehouse should be neatly and efficiently organized.
- Items in the warehouse should be palletized as much as possible .
- Items in the warehouse should be identified.
- FIFO: the inventory should be managed respecting first in first out method (both actual and SAP batches).

QUALITY- Non-moving/ageing items should be identified, and actions taken to change their status.
- Remill should be clearly identified and segregated apart from the good inventory.
- Infested items should be clearly identified and segregated apart from the good inventory.

SAFETY- Daily monitoring of forklift operations and coordinates to maintenance team for any damages/defects found. Maintenance of the forklift is your responsibility.
- Ensuring the team adheres to safety management standards.
- Ensuring the team maintains a safe and orderly environment of the warehouse.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/College Level
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
Warehouse Management Software (SAP B1/SAP knowledge)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Able to operate Forklift is a plus.
