  1. Responsible for the technical support and service work for the headquarters to connect with overseas regions;
  2. Follow up business opportunities, facilitate the implementation of pre-sales projects, and work with local teams to complete project;
  3. Lead the product access compliance management in the responsible region;
  4. Product training, explore customer needs and pain points, and cooperate with sales staff to complete distributor product training;
  5. Product management, push the R&D department and the marketing department to complete the release of overseas products and related documents;
  6. Cooperate with local sales team to provide necessary support.
Qualifications/Requirements
  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, electronics and communication, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English, which can be used as a working language;
  2. More than 3 years of technical support experience, relevant work experience in the security industry is preferred, and familiarity with network technology is preferred;
  3. Have good communication skills, service awareness and document writing skills, work rigorously, meticulously, and bear hardships and stand hard work;
  4. Accept high-frequency business trips from overseas regions.
