About the role
As a Technical Support Representative at ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC.', you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and assistance to customers. This is a full-time role based in Quezon City Metro Manila. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our products and services.
What you'll be doing- Responding to inbound customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues across a variety of products and services
- Providing step-by-step guidance and explanations to help customers resolve their problems
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of reported issues
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest products, services and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
- Demonstrated customer service experience, with a focus on delivering a positive and professional customer experience
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
