About the role

As a Technical Support Representative at ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC.', you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and assistance to customers. This is a full-time role based in Quezon City Metro Manila. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our products and services.

What you'll be doing
  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues across a variety of products and services
  • Providing step-by-step guidance and explanations to help customers resolve their problems
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of reported issues
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest products, services and troubleshooting techniques
