TECHNICAL SUPPORT SUPERVISOR - BILINGUAL / MANDARIN SPEAKING- Oversee and ensure the resolution of technical issues, including software, hardware, network, and system-related challenges, for clients in English and Mandarin language markets.
- Ensure all client interactions, technical issues, resolutions, and follow-ups are thoroughly documented in Mandarin and English languages, ensuring clear communication across all internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and provide support for client projects.
- Generate regular reports on team performance, ticket resolution times, and customer satisfaction to provide insights into support service quality.
- Assist in maintaining knowledge bases and internal documentation to improve efficiency and empower both clients and support staff.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issue resolutions, and technical documentation for future reference.
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies, ensuring the team is well-versed in the latest developments and best practices.
- Identify recurring issues or trends and work with the team to develop solutions or preventive measures.
- Must be excellent in oral, writing and reading skills in English and Mandarin language.
- Experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and IT service management platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical issues.
- Provide technical skills in monitoring, troubleshooting, and provide maintenance and enhancements of applications and the supporting integration with broad knowledge of modern, large-scale, web-based software architectures and relational data.
- Contacts customers as a point of escalation to resolve case issues.
