Key Responsibilities- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time in SAP when needed
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue balances, and resolve billing discrepancies
- Update the receipts received in SAP
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations and vendors on invoicing, pricing, quantity, and documentation issues
- Maintain complete AR documentation and a clear audit trail
- Support month-end closing activities, including AR cut-off and reconciliations
- Assist with balance sheet schedules and account reconciliations
- Support bank, intercompany, and clearing account reconciliations as required
- Prepare audit support schedules and respond to audit queries
- Ensure transactions are processed in line with approved finance processes and controls
- Flag upstream issues that impact Finance, including incorrect pricing, quantities, tax codes, or documentation
- Maintain discipline around documentation, approvals, and timelines
- Support general accounting and finance tasks as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and basic accounting operations
- Working knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, operational environment
