Manage the recruitment process, ensuring that the vacancies are filled by the most competent individuals on time. Ensures that the most appropriate and up-to-date recruitment methods are used, thus recruitment standards are met at all times.
Position Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology or any related field
- Experience or at least knowledgeable with Recruitment processes and databases.
- Knowledgeable in basic MS Applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for data monitoring and presentation.
- Working knowledge of Office Equipment (Printers, Scanners, etc.)
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized & detail oriented.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Principal Accountabilities:
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT- Maintains an accurate and organized 201 Files
- Ensures that the 201 files of new hires and existing employees are complete
- Conducts printing and scanning of all documents and forms of the Recruitment Section
- Conducts capturing, editing, printing, and issuance of ID to Franchise Employee
- Routes documents such as Job Offer, Personnel Action Notice, Employment Contract, Employee Movement Approval Form, and Manpower Request Form, and ensures sign-off of the document
- Monitors the inventory as well as the quarterly ordering of office supplies for the section.
- Receives calls for the division and forwards them to the concerned team or personnel.
- Endorses new hires’ signed PAN to the Payroll Section every 3 days before the Payroll Cut-Off.
- Creates Certificate of Employment requested by employees
- Creates Request for Payments, Cash Advances, and processes all the liquidations as needed
- Monitors all outgoing and incoming documents related to Recruitment
- Performs other administrative tasks assigned by immediate superior.
- Files ATM application for a new hire
- Conducts capturing, editing, printing, and issuance of Employee ID to new hires.
- Requests all tools of trade to the concerned department for Newly Hired Employees, such as Uniform, Personal Protective Equipment (if applicable), Laptop (if applicable), Company Email (if applicable), and Company Car (if applicable)
- Enrolls new hire in the biometrics system
- Routing of Newly Hired Employee per Department
- Manages Manpower Requisition of all requesting departments and assists in the preparation of MRF for all manpower requests
- Ensures the approved MRF is recorded on the monitoring system.
- Manages posting of job vacancies in all recruitment channels.
- Maintains a pool of internal and external candidates.
- Confer with the hiring supervisors or managers to identify specific needs based on the projected targets and deliverables of each division.
- Manages the day-to-day activities of recruitment and placement.
- Ensures the selection process of both direct and agency is implemented at all times based on guidelines.
- Communicates with the 3rd Party Service Providers regarding manpower requests.
- Administers Job Interviewing Schedules for all Rank & File to Managerial positions.
- Ensures proper administration and interpretation of Pre-employment Examinations.
- Ensures the pre-employment requirements of newly hired employees are correct and complete for 201 filing and CHRIS encoding.
- Ensures background investigation is done before hiring.
- Ensures on-time placement of new hires based on the standard.
- Ensures endorsement of new hires to the Department Manager.
- Prepares and ensures that all reports are accurate and submitted on time to the immediate superior.
