Job Description
- Inspect units and common areas to identify defects and ensure quality
- Oversee maintenance and infrastructure upkeep
- Coordinate with teams to resolve punchlist items and track progress
- Manage preventive maintenance programs
- Address homeowner concerns and supervise contractors
- Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance
- Maintain accurate inspection and maintenance records
- Assist with budgeting and cost control
- Support emergency repairs on-site
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage!
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Property Management Engineering
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with local government regulations and environmental standards
- Proficient in documentation and record-keeping
- Experience in Land Development and Housing Project
